Join us as for our latest Girls Excel Rugby development sessions. Whether you are new to Rugby, or you have been playing a number of years, this is a great chance to develop your talent and start your journey to representing York City Knights Ladies.
The Excel programme – which uses the same state-of-the-art York St John University sports facilities used by Knights men’s and women’s teams – forms part of the York City Knights’ player pathway programme and previous incarnations of the programme have seen girls going on to represent the women’s senior squad.
All those who take part have the opportunity to be recognised for part of the new, York City Knights invitational talent pathway RISE.
